The Zoom integration documentation describes how you can connect your Zoom account to Luna, and the data we store.
Connecting your Zoom account to Luna
It is possible to connect your Zoom account to Luna. This enables you to create appointments within the Luna scheduler, and connect them directly to a Zoom meeting. To connect your Zoom account, please follow the guidelines below:

Login to your Luna account

From the Luna dashboard, navigate to your Settings area

Within Settings, select Calendar from the submenu, and click/tap Connect in the section named Zoom

You will be redirected to Zoom, where you can choose to Allow or Deny Luna access.
Once connected, you can automatically generate Zoom meeting links within your Luna scheduler.
Disconnecting your Zoom account to Luna
You can disconnect your Zoom account with Luna at any time. Simply follow the guidelines below:

Login to your Luna account

Select Settings from the main navigation sidebar

Select Calendar from the submenu, and click/tap Disconnect in the section named Zoom
Your account will be immediately disconnected, however, any existing calendar events created with Zoom meetings will still be visible within the scheduler.
What data do we store
Luna respects your privacy and will only retain the minimal amount of data to ensure we can provide the best possible service. To enable Luna to access your Zoom account, Zoom will provide us will the following data.

Account id
-
Access token
-
Refresh token
-
Each scheduled Zoom link created in Luna
